05 Days : Munnar - Thekkady - Houseboat
The tour gives a full view and not a glimpse only of the greens, all over, everything, every inch of land to mountain is green . Tea gardens are spread from earth to sky in the lap of mountains and kissed by clouds. We move from here to take you to the wild life sanctuary of Thekkady. You can enjoy boating here and from here move to Houseboat to enjoy those private moments.
Day 01 : Arrive Cochin - Munnar [Hill Station 4 Hours drive from Airport]
On arrive Cochin meeting & assistance and straight drive to Munnar, enjoying the scenic beauty & the marvelous waterfalls, high mountains with the low flying clouds passing by. On arrival check in at Hotel. In the evening you can go for sightseeing of Munnar and witness tea gardens spread like a green carpet over hundreds of kilometers, lust green hills, a place so difficult to describe, very low population too far from pollution, most of the covered by Tata tea. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 02 : In Munnar
After breakfast half day sightseeing Munnar which includes the Raja Malai, a top peak of Munnar where you can see Neel Thar (mountain goats), Muttupetty dam, you can also enjoy boating in the Lake (optional). Overnight at Hotel.
Day 03 : Munnar - Thekkady - 04 hrs drive
After breakfast depart by surface to Thekkady ,the famous wild life sanctuary of South India. On arrival check in at Hotel. Periyar wildlife sanctuary, home to nomadic tribes of wild elephant, boar, deer, the great Indian tiger and more. Evening go for boat cruise in the lake to watch wild animals. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 04 : Thekkady - Houseboat - 04 hrs drive
After breakfast depart by surface to Alleppey, which has a panoramic backwater stretches, lush paddy fields, highlands and extensive rubber plantations. On arrival check into a traditional House Boat of Kerala Style and cruise through the backwaters, Overnight in Houseboat.
Day 05 : Depart Cochin
In time transfer to Cochin Airport to board connecting flight for onward destination.
